Use the email address Stratford registered for you and the one-time activation code you were given. If you have forgotten a password you already had, use your reset code here instead.

Setting a new password signs out every device that was using the old one. If somebody else had your password, that is the point.

Keep it somewhere you will find it. Stratford cannot send it to you, because Stratford sends no email.
